Mary Klaus Martin New MOCA Board Member
The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles has elected four new trustees to its board, including entrepreneur and philanthropist Mary Klaus Martin, who served as a charter founder of the museum in the late 1970’s.

Joint Venture: MADWORKSHOP & MOCA
Founder and Board Member of MADWORKSHOP, David Martin, FAIA (left) met with a select group from the Art Center College of Design and the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) to discuss a joint venture.
The Director of MOCA, Phillipe Vergne (right), welcomed the collaboration and looks forward to making a formal announcement shortly.
MADWORKSHOP has been officially granted 501(c)(3) status
We are delighted to announce that MADWORKSHOP has been officially granted 501(c)(3) status.
The Foundation is now a nonprofit organization registered with the U.S. Department of the Treasury. This milestone allows us to further expand upon our mission of inspiring craftsmanship, technology, and the making of things. All contributions made are fully tax-deductible retroactive to the founding of the organization.
